Downtown Redevelopment

During my last term, I pledged to restore and bring life back to our downtown area – and we did just that!
We initiated an aggressive Master Plan to revitalize downtown to make it the thriving heartbeat of our community for generations to come. We are giving new life and vitality to Myrtle Beach which is great for our residents, our businesses, and our visitors. In just a few short years, we’ve made tremendous progress and the results to date are truly exciting!
